Weight range of each box is 38 – 42 lbs. See the "Shop" home page for more information on the butchering process. 

Box Options:

• "Chef's Selection" - Broad selection of roasts, chops, stew meat and ground meat (The exact number of cuts varies by animal but on average contains 2 Leg Roasts, 2 Racks, ~24 Loin Chops, 4 Shoulder Roasts, ~3 packs Stew Meat, 6 packs Ground Meat, Soup Bones - PLEASE EXPECT SOME VARIABILITY. We aim to meet the weight estimates described above for each order.)

• "Custom" - Select custom for a whole lamb (uncut) or a special request. Please include a description of the special request in the comment box.

PLEASE NOTE:  If in pre-order status, pre-orders are before butchering so expect that pickup/delivery will be at least 2-3 weeks following your order. We will contact you with a more specific date post-order. We do not typically sell individual cuts of meat but occasionally have extra items.
